PureMed Aesthetics Terms & Conditions of Treatment
1. General
1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all treatments provided by PureMed Aesthetics.
1.2 By booking and/or paying for a treatment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Consultations
2.1 All new patients must complete a full medical history and consent form before treatment.
2.2 It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information.
2.3 The suitability of treatment will be determined during your consultation.
3. Payments
3.1 All treatment fees must be paid in full at the time of booking or on the day of treatment, as advised.
3.2 We accept payment via card, cash, or bank transfer (details available on request).
3.3 No Refunds Policy: All payments for treatments are non-refundable, including:
- Treatments paid for in advance.
- Treatments part of a package.
- Situations where you change your mind or fail to attend your appointment.
3.4 In the rare event that a treatment cannot be completed for medical reasons (as determined by the practitioner), the value may be transferred towards an alternative treatment, at the clinic’s discretion.
4. Cancellations & Late Arrivals
4.1 We require at least 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or changes.
4.2 Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will result in the treatment being forfeited.
4.3 Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation.
4.4 Refund Fees for Deposits: If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours and are eligible for a refund of your deposit, please note that the payment platform (Faces) deducts a 1.8%, + VAT + 20p processing fee from all refunded transactions. This fee is charged by the payment provider and is non-refundable.
5. Treatment Packages
5.1 Packages must be used within the time stated at purchase.
5.2 Unused treatments after this period will be forfeited without refund.
6. Results & Expectations
6.1 Results from treatments vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.
6.2 Maintenance treatments may be required to achieve and sustain desired results.
6.3 Before & after photographs/ videos are taken for medical records and for marketing purposes please let us know in writing if you do not wish to have your images/videos used for marketing purposes.
7. Medical Considerations
7.1 Certain medical conditions, medications, or recent treatments may mean your procedure needs to be delayed or altered.
7.2 You must inform your practitioner of any changes to your health before each appointment.
8. Liability
8.1 PureMed Aesthetics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from treatment.
8.2 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
